disabled veteran owned and operated
companies.
The BE Project was created to help develop
individuals become leaders and live in their full
potential. We work with small business
owners and entrepreneurs, helping them build
their idea, supporting their small business
brand. As a certified John Maxwell coach,
teacher, and speaker we develop custom
consulting, executive coaching, leadership
training and seminars to help build our clients
be the very best them.
Frontline Janitorial is a professional janitorial
agency providing innovative technology and
methods to ensure a germ-free environment
where we utilize hospital-grade disinfectants to
state, medical facilities, non-profit and
commercial agencies. In the National Capital
Region.
As the CEO of both entities, Devonne is
chiefly responsible for business development
and operations of all current and future
contracts, as well as ensuring our clients
remain enthusiastic about the services we provide.
Devonne serves as the standard-bearer and face
of the companies working to further improve
the working relationships with the community
and branching out our services within the
United States and abroad. With Devonne
dynamic leadership, both entities have emerged
as two of the fasting growing companies in
Prince George County, Maryland.
Prior to these ventures, Devonne found
Frontline Security Services, a security agency
he built from the basement of his home with
one employee. Frontline Security rapidly grew
to 450 employee and had noticeable clients
such as the Department of Homeland Security,
Department of Defense, Executive of the
President, as well as the Social Security
Administration. Devonne grew the company to
$20 Million in annual revenue prior to
dissolving the company in 2016.
Devonne is a veteran of the United States Air
Force where he served for nine honorable years
